| Ingredients | Carnaroli rice 96%, porcini mushrooms 2.6%, carrots, chives, parsley, garlic. |
| Preparation instructions | Sauté the rice mixture in olive oil until translucent. Optionally deglaze with dry white wine. Gradually add approx. 1 L of hot broth while stirring. After about 20–25 minutes, the risotto becomes creamy. Finish with butter and Parmesan if desired, and season with salt and pepper. |
