How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the postal service in your region. All orders are dispatched from Abtenau (Austria) within 2-3 business days according to your selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, poor weather conditions, or unforeseen delivery issues. 

What should I do if my order has not arrived in Austria after 7 business days?

Do you offer international shipping?

We are based in Austria and currently offer international shipping only to Germany. Shipping to other EU countries is planned for the future.
